Care for your gloves to ensure they last a lifetime:
Depending on use, wash one to two times per year with mild hand soap and use a leather cleaner for the exterior. You can also use diluted vinegar or leather saddle cleaner.
After washing, use a towel to soak up as much water as possible.
With your gloves still damp, put them on and make a fist. Remove your gloves and allow them to air dry for a few days with a slight natural curvature, mimicking your hand’s resting position.
Regularly wipe down your gloves after use. Limit use of leather conditioner to once or twice a year, depending on use.
Never use a hair dryer or machine dry. This will void your warranty.

An original receipt is not necessary, but your gloves must be purchased through us (this will be verified).
STEP 2
Clean and ship your damaged gloves to Cycle Imagery or bring them in person. Include your warranty confirmation email response with your gloves.
STEP 3
After we receive and process your damaged gloves, we will send you a code to order a new pair on our website for free, with shipping included in the U.S.

WHAT OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
Misuse and Abuse
Our gloves are designed for motorcycle riding, not mechanic work or handling heavy equipment. Using your gloves for unintended purposes will void their warranty. If your gloves are damaged in the event of a motorcycle crash, we’ll replace them.
Loss or Theft
Our policy does not replace missing gloves. Your original pair must be shipped to us in order to receive a replacement. We can only control our product’s quality, but not where they are left behind. If you love them, keep them safe.
Other Damage
Don’t let your dog chew these up. We love our dogs and our gloves; and gloves don’t make good chew toys. Our policy does not cover any damage done to our gloves cased outside of motorcycle riding.
